These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales made on the Renlusw.com website. Placing an order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between Renlusw (owner of the Renlusw.com website) and any person wishing to make a purchase on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products on the Renlusw website. They apply to all orders placed on the website by private or professional customers.

Placing an order on our website implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modification will take effect upon its publication on the website. The general terms and conditions in force at the time of the order will govern the transaction.
3. Products
The products sold on the website are those listed on the individual product pages at the time of the order. Each product is described with its essential characteristics; the photographs are not contractual, and Renlusw disclaims all liability in case of error.
4. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros (€) and include all taxes and fees (including VAT applicable in France). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the applicable prices will be those in effect at the time of the order.
5. Ordering
Customers can order directly on Renlusw.com. After selecting the desired products, they must add them to their shopping cart, then confirm their order by providing their personal information and selecting a payment method.
Orders are considered final once payment is confirmed.
Note: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during their order (delivery address, payment details, etc.). Renlusw disclaims all liability for any data entry errors that may result in delays or non-payment.
6. Payment
Orders can be paid for by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and full payment is due at the time of ordering.
Renlusw uses a secure payment system to guarantee the security of transactions. Customers' bank details are encrypted and are not stored by us.
7. Delivery
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing their order.

Free tracked delivery:
Free tracked delivery is available within 6 to 9 business days after the order is shipped.
Shipping costs: Free shipping for all orders of €59.90 or more. For orders under €59.90, shipping costs are €5.90.
Renlusw disclaims all liability for any delays or delivery problems due to carriers or external events (strikes, bad weather, etc.). If a product cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, Renlusw undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
8. Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of return, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty. They must inform Renlusw of their decision to return the product by email to service@renlusw.com or via the return form available on the website.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, in their original packaging and with all tags). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or does not match the order. Upon request, Renlusw will refund the returned product within 5 days of receipt.

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code). 10. Liability
Renlusw disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages resulting from the use of its products. In the event of a dispute, Renlusw's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the customer's place of residence or the registered office of Renlusw shall have jurisdiction.
