Return and exchange policy

We hope you are satisfied with the wallpaper, wall lights, or notice boards you purchased from us. However, you have the right to return the item and receive a refund or exchange.

1. 30-day return and exchange period

You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt (starting from the date of receipt by you or the designated recipient).

2. Return and exchange conditions

We accept returns and exchanges that meet the following conditions:

The product is new, unused, and resalable;

All labels (if applicable) are intact;

The original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) is intact;

The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or odors.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The product has been used.

The product is a custom-made item. Customized products are defined as those manufactured according to your unique specifications (such as dimensions, custom designs, etc.).

3. Return and Exchange Procedure

To return or exchange an item, please contact us by email at service@renlusw.com.

Your email must include the following information:

A brief explanation of the reason for your return/exchange;

Your order number;

A photo of the item you wish to return/exchange;

The item you wish to exchange it for (if applicable);

We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your eligibility for a return/exchange.

If your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you a return/exchange number and the return address.

Please ship the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the return/exchange number.

Note: Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and properly packaged.

4. Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

Returns and exchanges due to incorrect shipments or product defects attributable to Renlusw are free of charge.

For returns/exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., if you change your mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs.

For returns/exchanges due to an order error caused by a personal mistake (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color), you are responsible for the shipping costs.

5. Refund

We will process a full refund within 5 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, without any processing fees.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange or refund, with shipping costs covered by Renlusw.
