Delivery information
Renlusw is committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. The following information concerns shipping, estimated delivery times, and associated costs.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we generally process it within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations
Address changes: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.
Order cancellations: Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Shipping Method
We provide a tracking service after your order has been shipped. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs: Free shipping for all orders of €59.90 or more. For orders under €59.90, the shipping cost is €5.90.
Transparent pricing: All prices include delivery within mainland France. The total price shown at the end of the payment process is the final price; no additional shipping costs will be added.
4. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to track your package at any time. You can then check the delivery status.
5. Delivery to a Different Address
If you would like your order delivered to a different address than your billing address (for example, a delivery address for a gift or a business address), you can specify this during checkout.
6. Delivery Problems
In case of any delivery problems (lost package, unusual delay, etc.), please contact our customer service by email or phone. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
7. Unclaimed or Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to us due to a delivery problem (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Return and exchange policy
We hope you are satisfied with the wallpaper, wall lights, or notice boards you purchased from us. However, you have the right to return the item and receive a refund or exchange.
1. 30-day return and exchange period
You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt (starting from the date of receipt by you or the designated recipient).
2. Return and exchange conditions
We accept returns and exchanges that meet the following conditions:
The product is new, unused, and resalable;
All labels (if applicable) are intact;
The original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) is intact;
The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or odors.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
The product has been used.
The product is a custom-made item. Customized products are defined as those manufactured according to your unique specifications (such as dimensions, custom designs, etc.).
3. Return and Exchange Procedure

Your email must include the following information:
A brief explanation of the reason for your return/exchange;
Your order number;
A photo of the item you wish to return/exchange;
The item you wish to exchange it for (if applicable);
We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your eligibility for a return/exchange.
If your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you a return/exchange number and the return address.
Please ship the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the return/exchange number.
Note: Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and properly packaged.
4. Return/Exchange Shipping Costs
Returns and exchanges due to incorrect shipments or product defects attributable to Renlusw are free of charge.
For returns/exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., if you change your mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs.
For returns/exchanges due to an order error caused by a personal mistake (e.g., incorrect item, size, or color), you are responsible for the shipping costs.
5. Refund
We will process a full refund within 5 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, without any processing fees.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange or refund, with shipping costs covered by Renlusw.
